Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Items can currently ship to anywhere in the United States, Canada, the UK and Australia. If your order is within the USA, you will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. United States orders should arrive within 3-5 business days. The time for  International orders will vary, but it will typically be in your hands in 4 - 6 weeks. If your order is damaged in the mail, we cannot be held responsible. Once artwork leaves the studio, it is out of our hands, but rest assured we do everything we can to ensure that your goods will arrive in perfect condition and are delivered safely. 

If the customer is ordering from outside the United States of America, the customer may be required to pay tariff or a GST for his/her items. It is the customer’s responsibility to know the terms of such fees in his or her own country. It is also the customer’s responsibility to pay this fee. 


EXCHANGES

While we do not offer returns, I am happy to exchange any item (excluding original work) for another item of the same quantity and size, within two weeks of delivery. We will not accept any items returned after 30 days, so if you would like to make an exchange, please contact me here or send an email to papertreesstudio@gmail.com! Please include your order number and the name of the time(s) you wish to exchange in your message. Please allow 1 - 2 weeks for your exchange to be processed. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returned items must be delivered unused, in original packaging, and in the condition they were received or you will not be eligible for an exchange. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment.
